Maatis Consulting treats every inquiry as confidential business correspondence. This page explains, plainly, what happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, organization, role, email address, location, and message you provide. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information.
How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a potential commercial relationship. Correspondence is handled by the firm's leadership and treated with the discretion described in our operating principles.
How it is transmitted
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider. We retain inquiries only as long as necessary to conduct the resulting business discussion.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by writing to contact@maatisconsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
